Our Leadership

Milan Patnaik

Colonel (Dr) Milan Patnaik is a doctorate from IIT Madras and completed his Masters in Cybersecurity as the Topper from IIT Madras as well as MUNI Czech Republic. He has over 24 years of experience in developing cutting-edge technologies as part of Army's technology vertical and as an advisor to multiple IITs and foreign universities. His research spans offensive security, malware evasion, and AI-based blockchain solutions. He commanded the Army's largest telecommunication unit and has led enterprise-level organizations with 1000+ members across multiple verticals with a focus on national infrastructure security, including defense and telecommunication sectors. He has mentored over 40 startups, fostering "Made in India" innovations that focus on creating indigenous solutions to address critical challenges.

Shruti Adhhav

A MBA with dual specialisation in Marketing & HR from Utkal University, Shruti, has worked for more than 15 years in the domain of Marketing communications & Knowledge Events / Conferences in the corporate sector with National Multi Commodity Exchange, Tefla's and Fleming Gulf. She is also a fitness enthusiast and is amongst few Instructors in India in Aqua Aerobics.
